Invited talk at the Woolf Public Seminar in Post-Kantian Philosophy

I had the honor to be an invited speaker at the Woolf Public Seminar in Post-Kantian Philosophy. Many thanks to the organizer, Dr Steven DeLay, for the invitation. For the other seminars in the series, click here.

This public seminar offers a schema for a Heideggerian theory of mindfulness and emotional regulation, especially with respect to unhomely emotions (such as anxiety), re-conceiving the normative notions of health and illness from a phenomenological perspective and contrasting it with a Stoic-inspired theory of mindfulness.
